Please try out the questions and check your answers against the answer key found at the end of the blog post. Questions 1-5 for Day 1 (Thursday 16 August) and questions 6-16 for Day 2 (Friday 17 August). If you are unable to solve the question, then you may refer to the video link for explanation.

Once you are done with these 16 sums, please proceed to LMS learning portal. There are some English, Math and Sci lessons set for you as extra revision. 1) The number of turtles is 1/6 the number of dogs. The total number of cows and dogs is 136. The total number of cows and turtles is 76. How many cows are there?

Here are the explanations of common science terms/words that you may possibly encounter in your worksheets/tests.

variables = conditions
Change variables = conditions that can be changed.
Constant/ Fixed variables = conditions that are NOT changed at all.

e.g

Pot A: watered daily, adequate sunlight, airy place.
Pot B: watered daily, no sunlight (dark cupboard), airy place.
